## 1. Acceptance
By accessing yongtaohotel.com (the "Site") you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
## 2. Reservations
2.1 Reservations are confirmed only when written or email confirmation is issued.
2.2 Room rates and related fees as displayed at confirmation are final, including 10% service charge and 6% VAT.
2.3 Room assignment is subject to availability on arrival; preferences (floor, view, connecting rooms) accommodated when possible but not contractually guaranteed.
## 3. Cancellations & Modifications
3.1 Flexible: free cancellation up to 48h before check-in; one-night charge thereafter.
3.2 Advance Purchase: prepaid, non-refundable, non-modifiable.
3.3 Force majeure (natural disaster, government action, mass flight cancellation): hotel may waive fees at its discretion.
## 4. Check-in & Check-out
4.1 Check-in 14:00; check-out 12:00.
4.2 Early check-in / late check-out subject to availability; surcharge may apply.
4.3 Valid government-issued ID required at check-in (national ID, passport, or Mainland-HK travel permit).
## 5. Guest Conduct
5.1 Guests shall comply with Chinese law and hotel policies.
5.2 Smoking is prohibited in guest rooms (¥3,000 deep-cleaning fee on violation).
5.3 No pets (except service animals); no contraband.
## 6. Liability
6.1 Hotel liability for valuables is limited to use of in-room safe; we strongly recommend depositing valuables.
6.2 Hotel is not liable for losses caused by guest negligence.
## 7. Intellectual Property
All Site content (text, images, audio, video, marks) is the property of the hotel or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written consent.
## 8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be submitted to the Sanya Arbitration Commission.
## 9. Changes
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect on the date posted herein.
