Beneath a 6-metre crystal chandelier in the central atrium, the South Sea Afternoon Tea is presented on a three-tier huanghuali tray: island fruit tartlets, coconut egg waffles, Wenchang chicken scones, coconut puddings. Coffee from Yunnan Baoshan beans and Italian illy. A WSET Level 3 sommelier brews fine Chinese teas tableside.
